The abdomen is the area of your body between your hips and your ribs. It’s also known as the trunk, tummy, belly, or gut. When you have discomfort in that region, the doctor will refer to it as stomach ache or abdominal pain.

If you have digestive problems, as many people have, it is critical that you get to the bottom of the problem. It may be something temporary, and your digestive system will be returned to health, but it is possible that something more serious is going on, such as a parasite or bacterial infection.

Stomach ache is a digestive disorder that is very commonly caused by the inability to digest lactose, the main carbohydrate in dairy products. People affected vary in the amount of lactose they can tolerate before symptoms develop. Also, people unable to eat gluten, the protein found in barley, rye, wheat, and more, without triggering an attack on their small intestine, are prone to stomach aches.

The most prevalent gastrointestinal disease is irritable bowel syndrome and those suffering from it have frequent stomach aches too. And, severe pain in the lower stomach area and in the area where the kidneys are located is usually the first symptom of having kidney stones. If you get significant discomfort that lasts for hours in the center of your belly or just beneath the ribs on the right side, this could be a first sign of gallstones, too.

Nevertheless, most stomach aches in the general population are not significant and will go away within a few days.

In most cases it is enough with asking your pharmacist what might be causing your stomach ache and which medicines are available to stop it. Only if the pain gets much worse quickly or bloating will not go away or keeps coming back, or  you have stomach pain and problems with swallowing food, or you have diarrhea that does not go away after a few days, then you must visit a medical doctor as soon as possible to rule out more serious potential medical problems.

Chakra Therapy enhance and speed up recovery while providing holistic and ultimate healing to the underlying cause of any type of stomach ache. Even the less serious physical issue is always a body’s signal that warns us about a specific area of the body we need to take care of, in this case it would be a calling from your Manipura chakra.

The Manipura Chakra, or the Navel Chakra, is the region of fire that burns within us and guides our actions in our daily lives. It is the seat of power and the creator of vitality. The Manipura Chakra is blocked whenever a person consciously gives power to others, has limiting beliefs related to power, or does not take a position related to power. (One of the reasons for this may be an oppressed childhood or a submissive nature). The Manipura Chakra governs the digestion of food and gives the prana, or energy from the food, to the body. When the Manipura is imbalanced, the body is robbed of this prana and the person experiences stomach issues, weakness, and chronic tiredness, among other ailments.

When your Manipura Chakra is balanced or energized, you naturally feel full of energy, spontaneity and power, and stomach aches stops happening.

Chakra Therapy is a unique technique to open the blocked Chakras in the body and treat the ailments caused by these blockages. Chakra Therapy is an alternative therapy that does not have any side effects and treats not only the disease but transforms the affected individual to find their purpose in life and face it with renewed energy and vigor.

Chakra therapy opens the Manipura Chakra and with the resulting restored energy and vitality the individual can completely counteract stomach aches.

The abdominal region is intimately connected to our inner sensations and ideas. Stomach problems can be caused by bad thoughts and emotions. Furthermore, if you are resistant to new ideas, particularly those of others, or if you criticize readily, this can be associated with stomach aches.

Develop a greater awareness of your ability to transform your own life and have faith in others to do the same. The Solar Plexus Chakra governs all elements of the digestive tract, including nutrient absorption. An imbalanced third chakra can undermine your self-esteem and cause you to worry about what others think of you.

Furthermore, a shortage of yellow energy can result in bewilderment and despair, as well as physical signs such as liver, digestive, and respiratory issues. A balanced Solar Plexus (Manipura) Chakra enables you to know oneself and live your life with confidence and strength.
